A large construction system integrator required a high-performance analytics solution to visualize and monitor more than 20 key business processes, aiming to improve operational control and accelerate decision-making.
We created a system based on the MPP BI platform, integrated with the customer's construction software. The system consolidates data from PostgreSQL into ClickHouse to ensure fast performance. It includes automated data pipelines and customizable dashboards tailored to different roles - from site managers to top executives.
The dashboards cover a wide range of areas, including procurement KPIs, budget execution, pricing analysis, delivery monitoring, and more.
