A large oil and gas company needed an analytical tool to evaluate and visualize the maturity of internal innovation and diversification projects. The goal was to create a clear, interactive radar dashboard that helps leadership assess which initiatives are most promising for future investment.
Using the MPP BI platform, a fully custom application was developed with a React-based interface and a set of advanced visualization components.
